OUR SERVICES

Dispute Resolution

We offer two types of alternative dispute resolution services –
Mediation and Arbitration.

Mediation: Civil & Commercial and Workplace

Mediation is a voluntary, flexible and confidential process where a neutral mediator facilitates a settlement or compromise between disputing parties.

Unlike litigation, mediation empowers the parties to control the decision to settle and the terms of the resolution.

The mediator guides the parties toward a mutually acceptable resolution, identifying key issues, exploring alternative solutions and guiding the parties to areas of common ground. While the process itself is non-binding, any agreement reached can be captured in a settlement agreement or action plan, ensuring a reliable and satisfactory resolution for all involved.

Arbitration

Arbitration is a formal, binding process where a neutral third party (the arbitrator), resolves the dispute.

Arbitration offers speed and cost effectiveness compared to traditional litigation.

Parties have the freedom to select an arbitrator with specific expertise relevant to their dispute, ensuring a knowledgeable and fair decision.

The arbitrator’s decision is based on applicable laws, is binding, and typically not subject to appeal.

Mediation and Arbitration Services are provided both virtually and face-to-face.
